    AcquiSync respects your right to control your personal data. Use the form to request full account and data deletion, or follow the steps below to disconnect a single platform.

    Two ways to delete your data

    1

    Disconnect a connected platform (fastest)

    If you only want to remove a specific platform connection — Facebook, Instagram, or Threads — from your AcquiSync account:

    1. Log in to your AcquiSync dashboard at app.acquisync.agency
    2. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
    3. Select the platform you want to remove
    4. Click Disconnect

    Disconnecting immediately revokes AcquiSync's access token for that platform and permanently deletes the stored credentials for that connection. This does not delete your full AcquiSync account or other stored content — see option 2 for that.

    Request full account and data deletion

    To permanently delete your AcquiSync account and all associated personal data:

    1. Use the form above (or email acquisync.dma@gmail.com)
    2. Include the email address associated with your AcquiSync account
    3. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request

    We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

    What gets deleted

    Facebook, Instagram, and Threads specifically

    If you connected AcquiSync through Facebook Login, you can also remove AcquiSync's access directly from Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find AcquiSync, and select Remove. This revokes the authorization on Facebook's end. We recommend also following the steps above so any data already stored in AcquiSync is deleted from our systems too.
