AcquiSync — AI Marketing Operating System

    Last Updated: July 12, 2026

AcquiSync ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://www.acquisync.agency/ and the AcquiSync dashboard platform (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, sign up for an account, or use the AcquiSync dashboard and its AI agents.

    1. Information We Collect

    A. Personal Information

When you fill out forms on our Site, subscribe to our content, or sign up for the Service, we may collect:

    • Name and Job Title
    • Company Name
    • Email Address and Phone Number
    • Billing and Payment Information (processed securely via third-party payment processors)
    • Business Profile information provided by you or your Agency contact during setup: niche, offer name and price, ideal client profile (ICP), brand voice and tone, content pillars, founder story, client wins/testimonials, preferred call-to-action style, and any topics you've asked us to avoid

    B. Client Content and Operational Data

In the course of providing the Service, we collect and process:

    • Source Material: text, images, video, and other files you upload for content generation and repurposing
    • Connected Platform Data: content, engagement metrics, and account information from any platform you connect — Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and supported blog platforms — accessed via OAuth
    • Competitor & Market Data: publicly available social media posts and competitor content scraped on your behalf via Apify, based on competitor handles you or your Agency contact confirm
    • Inbox & Messaging Data: direct messages, comments, and form-fill leads on your connected platforms, processed by our AI agents to draft and manage replies
    • Access Credentials: OAuth access and refresh tokens for third-party platforms, necessary to publish and analyze content on your behalf (see Section 4 for how these are protected)
    • Dashboard & Agent Activity Data: activity logs, content pipeline states, chat messages with AI agents, task history, and agent-generated outputs, stored in our database and surfaced through your dashboard
    • Sales & Objection Data: objections, call notes, and related sales context you or your team log, used to build your objection-handling content
    • Revenue Attribution Data: UTM parameters and revenue figures you connect or report, used to calculate content ROI

    C. Usage and Analytics Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit or use the Site or dashboard, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, UTM parameters, and platform analytics data. Analytics pulled from a connected platform's own API refreshes on a 12–24 hour delay, depending on the platform.

    2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Deliver the Service: operate our AI agents — Atlas (orchestration), Iris (research), Ink (content), Chase (lead qualification), Stack (analytics/infrastructure), Flow (revenue attribution), and Luna (onboarding and client success) — on your behalf.
    • Populate Your Dashboard: your content pipeline, calendar, unified inbox, analytics, and reporting views.
    • Build Your Master Database: the self-improving, account-specific dataset that powers content research and generation.
    • Process Payments: to manage your monthly subscription.
    • Communications: to send administrative information, invoices, onboarding materials, and service updates.
    • Marketing: to send our newsletter or information about new features, only if you have opted in.

    3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following situations:

    • AI Providers: Anthropic (Claude), Groq, and Google (Gemini) process your content solely to generate and operate your AI agents' outputs.
    • Automation & Scraping: n8n (internal workflow automation for reporting and alerts) and Apify (competitor and market data scraping).
    • Native Platform APIs: Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), X, TikTok, YouTube (Google), and LinkedIn — to publish content and read analytics on your behalf, strictly within the permissions you grant during OAuth connection.
    • Blog Publishing: Medium, Dev.to, and Hashnode, for auto-generated long-form articles from top-performing content.
    • Infrastructure: Supabase (database, authentication, and realtime services) and Cloudflare (website hosting and media storage).
    • Analytics: Google Analytics, for our own website only.
    • Business Transfers: we may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of our business.
    • Legal Requirements: we may disclose your information where legally required to do so.

    4. Data Security and AI Tools

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information.

    Credentials & API Keys

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard symmetric encryption. Raw tokens are never logged or returned in any API response, log line, or error message.

    Database Security

All client data in Supabase is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforced at the database level, not just the application level. Each client's data is strictly isolated from every other client's.

    AI Data Usage

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom enterprise agreement, we configure our use of third-party AI tools to minimize or opt out of using your proprietary data to train their models.

    Role-Based Access Control

The AcquiSync dashboard enforces access control at two levels — an Agency role (our own team, cross-account) and three workspace-level roles for your team (Owner, Editor, Viewer). Data access is scoped to each role's permissions at both the application and database level.

    Other Safeguards

Network requests are guarded against common attack patterns such as server-side request forgery, and error messages are filtered to redact tokens and secrets before being logged.

No electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

    5. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our Site and Service integrate with numerous third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these providers. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any platform you connect to AcquiSync.

    6. International Data Transfers

We are based in Bangladesh, and some of our service providers — including our AI, hosting, and infrastructure providers — are based in, or process data in, other countries, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps intended to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with applicable data protection law.

    7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and as required by applicable law. AI agent conversation checkpoint data is automatically deleted after 7 days. Upon termination of your agreement, we will hand over all Client Content and Deliverables as outlined in our Terms of Service. Your Master Database and Knowledge Base content remain your property and are included in that handover.

    8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including those described below. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.

    9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
