    • CRM & Lead Data: Prospect and client records processed through our automation workflows, including GoHighLevel (GHL) or HubSpot integrations.
    • Messaging Data: DM conversations (e.g., Instagram, Whatsapp) and Telegram interactions processed through our AI SDR and client success agents.
    • Access Credentials: API keys or OAuth tokens for third-party platforms necessary to operate your flywheel system.
    • Dashboard Usage Data: Activity logs, Kanban board states, Unified Inbox data, and agent task outputs stored in Supabase and surfaced through your AcquiSync dashboard.

    To populate your real-time client dashboard, including Kanban boards, Unified Inbox, Agent Pulse Strip, and analytics views.

    Knowledge Base Building

    To build and maintain your proprietary Master Database (Brain) — the self-improving dataset that powers the flywheel.

    Process Payments

    To manage setup fees and monthly retainers.

    Communications

    To send administrative information, invoices, onboarding materials, and project updates.

    Marketing

    To send our newsletter or information about new features (only if you have opted in).

    4. Sharing Your Information

    We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following situations:

    • AI & Automation Providers: Your content is processed by third-party AI and automation platforms solely to deliver your flywheel outputs. This includes: Anthropic (Claude — for content generation and agent operations), agentic AI orchestration, n8n or Make.com (workflow automation), Apify / Bright Data (web scraping), Eleven Labs (voice synthesis), Fathom AI (sales call transcription), Submagic / Captions.ai (video editing).
    • CRM & Messaging Platforms: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ManyChat, Telegram Bot API, SendGrid, or Mailgun — as required to operate your sales and client success workflows.
    • Infrastructure & Analytics: Supabase (database and auth), Google Analytics, and Cloudflare (website hosting).
    • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of our business.
    • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where legally required to do so.

    5. Data Security and AI Tools

    We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information.

    Credentials & API Keys

    We use industry-standard encryption and secure secrets management for handling client API keys and OAuth tokens.

    Database Security

    All client data in Supabase is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforced at the database level, not just the application level. Each client's data is strictly isolated.

    AI Data Usage

    Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom enterprise agreement, we configure our use of third-party AI tools to minimize or opt-out of using your proprietary data to train their models.

    Role-Based Access Control

    The AcquiSync dashboard enforces five access roles. Data access is scoped to each role's permissions at both the application and database level.

    No electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

    6. Third-Party Websites

    Our Site and services integrate with numerous third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these providers. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of all tools integrated into your workflow, including your CRM, email marketing software, and social media platforms.

Upon termination of your agreement, we will hand over all Client Content and Deliverables as outlined in our Terms of Service. Master Database and Knowledge Base data built on your behalf remains your property.
