At AcquiSync, we are committed to transparency. Please read our policies carefully to understand how we handle your data and the terms of our service.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client," "you") and AcquiSync ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.acquisync.agency/ website and our AI Marketing & Sales Flywheel services and dashboard platform (the "Service").
By accessing the Site, using the AcquiSync dashboard, or signing a service agreement with us, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Services
AcquiSync provides an AI-native marketing and sales operating system for high-ticket coaches and consultants. Services include, but are not limited to:
3. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Client Content
You retain full ownership of all source materials (videos, documents, data, sales call recordings) you provide to us ("Client Content"). You grant AcquiSync a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, reproduce, and modify Client Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you, including for AI agent training and Knowledge Base construction specific to your account.
B. Deliverables
Upon full payment of all fees, you will own the final outputs ("Deliverables") generated for your account — including specific video scripts, email sequences, ad creative, lead lists, and your Master Database content.
C. Agency IP (The "Engine")
AcquiSync retains all rights, title, and interest in our proprietary flywheel architecture, AI agent system design, automation workflow templates, prompt libraries, agent configurations, dashboard code, and the underlying methodology (collectively, "Agency IP"). You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these systems for your internal business purposes while your agreement is active. You may not resell, duplicate, white-label, or package our automation systems or dashboard for sale to third parties, except under an explicit reseller agreement with AcquiSync.
D. Dashboard License
Access to the AcquiSync dashboard is provided under a software-as-a-service license. Dashboard access is role-scoped and may be revoked upon termination of your agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide necessary source content — including sales call recordings, webinar recordings, and onboarding form responses — in a timely manner.
- Grant access to necessary third-party accounts (CRM, email service provider, social media accounts, ad platforms) required for flywheel integration.
- Ensure you hold the copyright or necessary permissions for all content you provide for processing and AI training.
- Comply with the terms of service of all third-party platforms used in your workflow, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and your CRM provider.
- Not use the AI SDR or any outreach automation in violation of applicable anti-spam laws or platform terms of service.
5. Fees and Payment
Engine Build Fee
A one-time setup fee (currently $3,000) is due in full prior to commencement of work unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement. Requires client to be generating $250,000+ per year.
Growth Retainer
Monthly retainer fees (currently $3,500/mo) are billed in advance and cover Modules 2 and 3 fully managed.
Scale Bonus
A per-qualified-call commission ($50-$100/call) may apply where SDR flow books strategy calls, as outlined in your Service Agreement.
Late Payments: Failure to pay invoices within seven (7) days of the due date may result in suspension of services, pausing of automation workflows, and restricted dashboard access.
6. AI Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
A. Nature of AI and Autonomous Agents
You acknowledge that our services utilize AI technologies including large language models (Claude by Anthropic), autonomous AI agents, and automated scraping and outreach tools. AI is probabilistic by nature and may occasionally produce hallucinations, factual errors, or inconsistent outputs. The AcquiSync agent team operates on an autonomous, hourly basis. While we implement quality controls, AcquiSync does not guarantee that AI-generated content or agent actions will be 100% error-free.
B. No Guarantee of Results
AcquiSync makes no specific guarantees regarding the number of leads, booked calls, sales, or revenue generated through our systems. Marketing results vary based on industry, offer quality, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
C. Liability Cap
In no event will AcquiSync or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to us during the three (3) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms including Anthropic (Claude API), n8n, Make.com, Apify, Bright Data, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ManyChat, Telegram, Eleven Labs, Fathom AI, Submagic, Captions.ai, Supabase, SendGrid, Mailgun, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. We are not responsible for:
- Service interruptions, downtime, or API changes by any third-party platform.
- Changes in API pricing or terms of service by these providers.
- Account bans or restrictions imposed by platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, email providers) due to outreach activities conducted on your behalf.
- Costs incurred from third-party platform usage that exceeds included allowances (e.g., Apify usage, Eleven Labs credits, Fathom AI seats).
8. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all non-public information provided by you strictly confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of performing the Services. This includes your customer lists, sales call recordings, business strategies, pricing, revenue data, and raw content. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
9. Term and Termination
- Term: The agreement is effective as of the date you sign up or pay your first invoice.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the ongoing monthly retainer agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- Upon Termination: AcquiSync will hand over all Client Content and final Deliverables, including your Master Database exports and content assets. Access to Agency-hosted automation tools, agents, and the AcquiSync dashboard will cease upon the end of the notice period.
- Engine Build Fee: The one-time Engine Build fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. AcquiSync and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
